中文摘要: 食品中高氯酸盐污染情况越来越受到关注,相应的检测和监管也得以逐步加强。初步分析世界各地高氯酸 盐污染、监管情况,讨论离子色谱电导检测法、离子色谱质谱联用、液相色谱质谱联用等几类方法在高氯酸盐检测方 面的应用。
Abstract:In the case of perchlorate contaminated food has attracted more and more attention, the correspond- ing inspection and supervision has been gradually strengthened.This paper preliminary analysed of perchlorate pollution, supervision of all over the world,and discussed the application of ion chromatography, ion chro- matography-mass spectrometry, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and other methods in the detection of perchlorate.
