中文摘要: 利用正交试验法优化香菇多糖的闪式提取工艺。以香菇多糖提取率为指标,以料液比、提取电压、提取时间、提取次数为主要考察因素,采用正交试验法优化闪式提取香菇多糖的最佳工艺参数。结果表明,闪式提取法提取香菇多糖的最佳工艺条件为提取次数3 次、料液比1 ∶25(g/mL)、提取时间90 s、提取电压150 V。该工艺条件下,香菇多糖的提取率为6.83%。
Abstract:Used the orthogonal test to optimize the flash extraction of lentinan from Lentinus edodes.By taking the extraction ratio of lentinan(LNT)as an index and with the solid-liquid ratio,extraction voltage,extraction time and extraction times as the main study factors.The optimum technics parameters of the flash extraction were determined by the orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimum process conditions were as follows:extracted 3 times,the solid-liquid 1 ∶25(g/mL),extraction time 90 s,extraction voltage 150 V.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of LNT was 6.83%.
