中文摘要: 以精炼紫苏油为原料,在NaOH 催化下与乙醇进行酯交换反应制备紫苏油脂肪酸乙酯。在分析碱性催化剂存在下油脂与乙醇酯交换原理基础上,采用逐滴滴加NaOH 乙醇溶液,反应结束后加入等摩尔的盐酸两种工艺处理方式,克服因皂化物导致产品分离困难的技术问题。通过单因素试验和正交试验,对酯交换反应进行优化,结果表明,其最佳工艺条件为:反应温度75 ℃、反应时间2 h、NaOH 用量0.8%、醇油摩尔比6 ∶1,在此条件下,紫苏油转化率达96%。

Abstract:The transesterification of refined perilla oil with ethanol catalyzed by NaOH was researched.Based on the analysis of the above reaction mechanism,by mean of NaOH-EtOH stepwise addition in the reaction and equimolar HCl addition to the reaction mixture after reaction completion,the saponification was obviously reduced.The reaction conditions of ethyl esterification were optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the results showed that the optimal process conditions were:reaction temperature 75 ℃,reaction time 2 h,NaOH dosage 0.8%,molar ratio of ethanol to perilla oil 6 ∶1.Under these conditions,the conversion of perilla oil could reach 96%.
