中文摘要: 以明胶为基体,甘油为增塑剂,甲壳素为增强相,制备可食用、易降解的功能性复合膜,通过添加不同质量甲壳素来制备甲壳素-明胶复合膜,探讨复合膜的抗拉强度、断裂伸长率、热缩、热差式扫描(differentialscanning calorimeter,DSC)以及膜的宏观、微观图像、吸水性、甲壳素-明胶溶液的黏度等反应膜的性能及规律。结果表明:甲壳素含量为0.5%的复合膜抗拉强度、断裂伸长率、黏度值等方面性能较好,对比空白样抗拉强度增强67.4%,断裂伸长率增强80.6%。

Abstract:Gelatin -chitin composite membranes were prepared by blending method.Tensile strength,elongation at break,heat shrinkage,thermal differential scanning(DSC),scanning electron microscope(SEM),water adsorption and viscosity were used to characterize the prepared samples.The results indicated that the sample membrane of 0.5%chitin was better in tensile strength,elongation at break and viscosity value than that other sample membranes.The sample membrane of 0.5%chitin contrasting with 0%sample membrane tensile strength increased by 67.4%,elongation at break increased by 80.6%.
