中文摘要: 以广东茶树枝叶为原料,利用超声波辅助提取茶树总黄酮,并采用Box-Behnken对超声波超声时间、乙醇浓度、料液比进行响应面优化。结果表明:最佳提取工艺参数为乙醇浓度60%,料液比1∶30(g/mL),提取时间40 min。在此条件下,总黄酮的得率为29.7 mg/g,超声提取工艺合理、可行,为茶树总黄酮的进一步开发利用提供参考依据。

Abstract:Tea Tree from Guangdong province was used as the raw materials to extract total flavonoids.A novel approach,ultrasonic-assisted method,for preparation of total flavonoids were developed.The optimal ultrasonic-assisted treatment was explored using response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimum extraction condition were ethanol concentration 60%,liquid ratio 1∶30(g/mL),extraction time 40 min.Under the optimization conditions,the experimental yield was 29.7 mg/g.The method is reasonable and feasible,can provide a theoretical reference for the development of new flavonoids in tea plant.
