中文摘要: 近年来研究表明天然抗氧化剂是一类无毒、安全的抗氧化剂,具有重要的生物活性。因此,天然抗氧化剂可作 为医药、保健品的来源,具有广阔的开发前景。目前关于天然抗氧化剂产业化的报道较少,本文主要综述了几类重要天 然抗氧化剂的产业化现状及产业化过程中的问题,并对天然抗氧化剂进一步开发做出展望。

Abstract:In recent years, the research shows that natural antioxidants are safe and non-toxic, they have im- portant biological activities. Therefore, natural antioxidants can be used as a source of medicines and health products which has a bright development prospect. However, there have been few reports about the industrial- ization of natural antioxidants. This paper mainly introduced the present situation and problems of industrializa- tion of some important nature antioxidants and prospected for further development of natural antioxidants.
