Abstract:To investigate the regulatory effects of tilapia skin collagen peptides（TSCPs） on serum lipid metabolism level， liver oxidative stress level， and intestinal mucosal barrier of obese mice induced by high-fat diet （HFD）， 10 C57BL/6J mice were randomly fed with normal diet and 30 mice with high-fat diet to induce obesity model for 7 weeks. The model mice were treated with a positive drug （orlistat） and TSCPs for 4 weeks.The physiological and biochemical indexes of serum and liver tissues were measured， and the morphological and pathological changes of liver and intestinal tissues were observed. The results showed that compared with the model group， TSCPs significantly increased the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol， and significantly decreased the contents of triglyceride， total cholesterol， low density lipoprotein cholesterol， and malondialdehyde in obese mice （P＜0.05）. In addition， according to the results of hematoxylin-eosinstaining， oil red O staining， and Alcin blue periodate Scheff staining， TSCPs could greatly improve liver steatosis and add the number of intestinal goblet cells in obese mice. In conclusion， TSCPs can alleviate lipid metabolism disorders and fat accumulation caused by HFD， reduce oxidative stress in the liver， and have a certain protective effect on the intestinal barrier.
