黄精配伍老鹰茶辅助降血脂作用

中文摘要: 为探讨黄精、老鹰茶及其配伍对高脂血症小鼠的降脂效果,将小鼠按体质量随机分为空白对照组(NC)、模型组(MC)、阳性对照组(PC)、黄精老鹰茶低(HLD)、中(HLZ)、高(HLG)剂量组、黄精低(HD)、中(HZ)、高(HG)剂量组、老鹰茶低(LD)、中(LZ)、高(LG)剂量组。空白对照组采用基础饲料喂养,其他各组采用高脂饮食,同时灌胃给予相应药液。连续给药8 周后,取血清及肝脏测定各组小鼠总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶。结果显示,与模型组相比,黄精、老鹰茶均具有辅助降血脂的作用,并对肝脏具有一定的保护作用,且两者配伍后效果更好。

Abstract:To explore the auxiliary hypolipidemic effect of Polygonatum cyrtonema,Hawk tea and their combination on hyperlipidemia mice.According to their body weight,mice were randomly divided into blank control group(NC)、model group(MC)、positive control group(PC),low(HLD),medium(HLZ)and high dose group(HLG)of P.cyrtonema-Hawk tea;low(HD),medium(HZ)and high dose group(HG)of P.cyrtonema;low(LD),medium(LZ)and high dose group(LG)of Hawk tea.The mice in the NC group were given basic feed,while those in other groups were given high-fat feed and given the corresponding drug solution by gavage at the same time.After continuous administration for eight weeks,serum and liver were collected to determine total cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,superoxide dismutase,malondialdehyde,and glutathione peroxidase in each group of mice.The results showed that compared with the model group,P.cyrtonema and Hawk tea both had an auxiliary hypolipidemic effect and a certain protective effect on the liver,and the effect was better after they were combined.
