中文摘要: 通过Box-Behnken响应面法优化超声波细胞破碎法辅助提取山黄皮果熊果酸工艺条件。在单因素试验基础上,选择料液比、乙醇浓度、超声功率和超声时间为影响因素,以熊果酸提取量为响应值进行响应面分析。结果表明,山黄皮果熊果酸的最佳提取工艺条件:料液比1∶27(g/mL)、乙醇浓度60%、超声功率234 W、超声时间60 min。通过验证,根据此工艺条件,山黄皮果熊果酸的提取量达5.15 mg/g,与预测值相近,试验预测准确,可为山黄皮果深加工产品开发提供参考。
Abstract:The ultrasonic cell disruption conditions for ursolic acid extraction from Clausena excavata were optimized by Box-Behnken response surface methodology.According to the results of single factor experiment,the solid-liquid ratio,ethanol concentration,ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time were selected as influencing factors,and the extracted amount of ursolic acid as the response value for response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of ursolic acid from C.excavata were as follows:solidliquid ratio of 1∶27(g/mL),ethanol concentration of 60%,ultrasonic power of 234 W and ultrasonic time of 60 min.According to the verification,the extracted amount of ursolic acid from C.excavata was 5.15 mg/g,close to the predicted value,which was indicative of accurate prediction.This study could provide references for the development of C.excavate products in an advanced stage.
