中文摘要: 为研究鱼籽多肽对记忆的改善作用,选取144只SPF级雌性KM种小鼠,分为3组,每组48只,将每组小鼠随机分为空白对照组和鱼籽多肽低、中、高剂量组,每日分别给予鱼籽多肽0、0.17、0.33、1.00 g/kg BW剂量灌胃,连续灌胃41 d后,次日进行跳台实验、穿梭箱实验及Morris水迷宫实验。研究结果表明,高剂量组小鼠测验期跳下平台的潜伏期与对照组相比明显延长(p<0.05),中剂量组小鼠测验期主动回避时间与对照组相比明显缩短(p<0.05),各剂量组小鼠测验期被动回避时间与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(p>0.05),中剂量组小鼠测验期穿台次数与对照组相比明显增多(p<0.05)。鱼籽多肽能显著改善小鼠的记忆能力,具有一定的开发潜能。
Abstract:To study the effect of polypeptides from fish roes on improving memory.A total of 144 specificpathogen-free,Kunming female mice were divided into 3 test groups with 48 mice in each group—low-,medium-,and high-dose polypeptides from fish roes groups and the respective blank control groups.Polypeptides from fish roes at 0.17,0.33,and 1.00 g per kg body weight per day were intragastrically administered to the low-,medium-,and high-dose groups,respectively,the blank control groups did not receive any polypeptides.After treatment for 41 d,step-down,shuttle box,and Morris water maze tests were performed on day 42 to compare the responses of the mice in the different treatment groups.The step-down latency of mice in the highdose group was significantly prolonged compared with that of mice in the control group (p<0.05).The active avoidance time in the medium-dose group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (p<0.05).No significant difference was observed in passive avoidance time between each dose group and the control group(p>0.05).The number of times of crossing the platform in the medium-dose group was significantly higher than that in the control group (p<0.05).The findings suggest that supplementation with polypeptides from fish roes can improve the memory skills of mice and has certain development potential.
