中文摘要: 现代分析测试技术在水溶性维生素的测定方法中应用广泛。水溶性维生素的检测主要包括微生物法、光度法、毛细管电泳法、超临界流体色谱法、液相色谱法和液质联用等方法。利用现代分析测试技术可以完成饲料、水果、药品、饮料、发酵乳制品,以及人体新陈代谢成分等中水溶性维生素的检测。该文结合现代分析测试技术的原理对近年来水溶性维生素的测定方法进行综述,并对未来发展进行展望。
Abstract:Modern analytical detection method are widely used in the determination of water-soluble vitamins.The determination of water-soluble vitamins mainly includes a microbiological method,a photometric method,a capillary electrophoresis method,supercritical fluid chromatography,liquid chromatography,and liquid mass spectrometry.Modern analytical testing technology can be used to complete the detection of water-soluble vitamins in feed,fruit,medicine,beverage,fermented dairy products,and human metabolism components.In this paper,the determination methods of water-soluble vitamins in recent years were reviewed based on modern analytical testing techniques,and the future development was prospected.
