中文摘要: 研究深裂竹根七中酚类化合物的种类与含量。采用福林酚法测定总酚酸含量,采用反相高效液相色谱与电喷雾电离飞行时间质谱分离鉴定酚类化合物中的4 种成分,并用超高效液相色谱定量分析。乙酸乙酯提取物中总酚酸含量为(35.3±1.03)mg/g,提取物中芦丁、木犀草素、槲皮素和桦木酸 4 种酚酸成分含量分别为(5.63±0.15)、(2.51±0.10)、(3.87±0.12)、(2.41±0.09)μg/g。深裂竹根七乙酸乙酯提取物中含有芦丁、木犀草素、槲皮素和桦木酸 4 种酚酸成分。所建立的方法能有效的进行深裂竹根七中这4 种酚酸的定性和定量分析。

Abstract:The qualitative and quantitative analysis of phenolic compounds in Disporopsis pernyi (Hua)Diels was described.The Folin method was used to determine the total phenols content in extraction.Polyphenols were identified by electrospray ionisation time-of-flight mass spectrometry(ESI-TOF-MS)and quantified by ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC).The content of total phenols was(35.3±1.03)mg/g in ethyl acetate extraction (EAE).A total of 4 polyphenolic compounds found in extract were identified as rutin,luteolin,quercetin,and betulinic acid,and their contents in the extrat were(5.63±0.15),(2.51±0.10),(3.87±0.12),(2.41±0.09)μg/g respectively.The ethyl acetate extract of Disporopsis pernyi contained rutin,luteolin,quercetin,and betulinic acid.The methods could effectively perform the qualitative and quantitative analysis of phenolic compounds in Disporopsis pernyi.
