中文摘要: 为阐明海南产黄皮叶及树皮的挥发油成分、含量的差异与其抗假丝酵母菌活性的相关性,采用气相色谱-质谱法(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)结合保留指数分析鉴定其挥发油的成分及含量,采用聚类分析将海南不同产地的黄皮叶及树皮挥发油分为3 个化学型,其中不同部位的成分和含量差异最大。采用纸片法初步研究挥发油对5 种假丝酵母菌(白假丝酵母菌、热带假丝酵母菌、光滑假丝酵母菌、克柔假丝酵母菌及近平滑假丝酵母菌)的抑菌活性,抑菌结果与挥发油的成分及含量具有一定的相关性,化学型Ⅲ黄皮叶挥发油对试验中的所有假丝酵母菌均具有抑菌作用,抑菌圈为9.3 mm~14.2 mm,化学型Ⅰ次之,而化学型Ⅱ即树皮挥发油无抑菌效果。
Abstract:The differences of components and contents of essential oils (EOs)of Clausena lansium leaves and barks in Hainan and its correlation with anticandidal activity was elucidated.The components and contents of EOs were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)combined with retention index.All EOs were classified into three chemical types by cluster analysis.The most differences in components and contents were different parts.Anticandidal activities of EOs against five Candidas (C.) including C.albicans,C.tropicals,C.glabrata,C.krusei,C.parapsilosis were investigated employing the filter paper disc diffusion.The results showed that anticandidal activitives had a certain correlation with them.Chemotype Ⅲwhich was EO of leaves showed anticandidal activity against all the tested Candida strains with inhibition zone diameters in the range of 9.3 mm-14.2 mm.ChemotypeⅠ followed,while ChemotypeⅡ which were EOs of barks had no anticandidal activity.
