中文摘要: 采用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇对玉米须多酚进行提取,通过还原能力、清除DPPH 自由基、超氧自由基、羟基自由基与ABTS+自由基5 种体系对其体外抗氧化活性进行评价。结果表明,不同极性的多酚,抗氧化活性表现出一定的差异,总酚含量与还原力、DPPH 自由基和超氧自由基的清除能力呈显著相关性(p<0.05),而与羟基自由基和ABTS+自由基清除能力无显著的相关性,但抗氧化能力的顺序一致,依次为水层>正丁醇层>乙酸乙酯层>氯仿层>石油醚层。总体来说,具有高抗氧化活性的玉米须多酚以极性酚为主。因此通过富集极性多酚,以期获得具有高抗氧化活性的玉米须多酚。

Abstract:Petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate and n-butanol were used to extract polyphenols from corn silk.The antioxidant activities of different polarity extract from corn silk were evaluated by five systems including reduction capacity,DPPH free radical scavenging assay,superoxide free radical scavenging assay,hydroxyl free radical scavenging assay and ABTS free radical scavenging assay.The results showed that the antioxidant activities of polyphenols with different polarity were different.The total phenol content was significantly correlated with the reduction capacity,DPPH free radical and superoxide free radical scavenging ability (p<0.05),but not with hydroxyl free radical and ABTS free radical scavenging ability.However,the order of antioxidant capacity was consistent,followed by water>n-butanol>ethyl acetate>chloroform>petroleum ether.In conclusion,most corn silk polyphenols with high antioxidant activity were polar phenols.Therefore,strong polarity polyphenols should be enriched to obtain corn silk polyphenols with high antioxidant activity.
