Abstract:Polysaccharides are an important source of natural products.Extensive research has shown that active polysaccharides hav e a variety of biological activities，including antioxidant，anti-inflammatory，hypoglycemic，hypolipidemic and so on.Researchers at home and abroad have paid great attention to the antioxidant capacity of active polysaccharides，especially in vitro，and published a large number of research results.The results of antioxidant research on active polysaccharides in recent years was summarized，and the development direction of antioxidant research on active polysaccharides was summarized，which provided a basis for subsequent related research.
