中文摘要: 测定猪、牛、羊肉中11种有机磷农药残留。采用气相色谱法对猪、牛、羊肉中的11种有机磷农药进行同时检测。比较了匀浆提取法、超声提取法以及微波提取法,最终确定微波提取法来提取样品中的有机磷,经过氨基萃取小柱和多壁碳纳米管净化,进行气相色谱测定。结果表明:11种有机磷农药线性关系良好,检出限在0.015 μg/kg~1.5 μg/kg,RSD<5%,实际样品检出率在 93.3%~100%之间。
Abstract:Determination of 11 organophosphorus pesticide residues in pigs,cattle and mutton.Simultaneous detection of 11 organophosphorus pesticides in pigs,cattle and mutton by gas chromatography.The homogenate extraction method,ultrasonic extraction method and microwave extraction method were compared.The microwave extraction method was finally used to extract the organic phosphorus in the sample,which was purified by amino extraction column and multi-walled carbon nanotubes for gas chromatography.The results showed that the linear relationship of 11 organophosphorus pesticides was good,the detection limit was 0.015 μg/kg-1.5μg/kg,RSD<5%,and the actual sample detection rate was between 93.3%-100%.
