Abstract:The determination method of chlorine in infant formula milk powder by oxygen bomb comustion-ion chromatography and 10 mmol/L NaOH as the absorption solution was investigated.All species were separated at Dionex IonPac AS 11-HC column with mobile phase of KOH at a flow-rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection limit of chloridion was 13.2 μg/L.The proposed method was used to determinate the chlorine in infant formula milk powder samples，the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9，the recoveries of the anions were in the range of 91.0%-95.5%，the relative standard deviations of chlorine were 1.9%-3.5%。
