中文摘要: 将连续流动化学分析仪引入葡萄酒中二氧化硫的测定。结果表明:在 0~100 mg/L 的检测范围内,检测灵敏度 为 0.40~0.60,重复测定 6 次变异系数为 3.61 %,连续流动分析仪法与蒸馏滴定法两种方法对比试验,两种方法测定 结果变异系数小于 15 %。两种方法的曲线相关系数均为 0.999,定量限为 0.4 mg/L。
Abstract:Determination of the continous flow analyzer was introduced in determination of sulfur dioxide in wine. Results showed that within the detection range of 0-100 mg/L, detection sensitivity was 0.40-0.60, with repeated determination of 6 times the coefficient of variation was 3.61 %, Comparative experiment of continous flow analyzer method and titrimetric method showed that the two methods determination of the coefficient of variation (CV) was less than 15 %. The two methods of curve correlation coefficient were both 0.999 and the limit of quantitation was 0.4 mg/L.
