中文摘要: 以单因素试验为基础,通过 L9(34)正交试验研究超声波功率、超声波温度、提取次数对红景天苷提取率的影 响。结果表明,超声波功率、超声波温度、提取次数对红景天苷提取率均有不同程度的影响,其中超声温度的影响显著。 L9(34)正交试验优化后的提取适宜方案为:超声波功率 500 W,超声波温度 40 ℃,在此条件下提取 4 次。在最佳条件下, 红景天苷提取率可达 2.343 %。

Abstract:The effect of power of ultrasonic wave, temperature, and times on extraction rate of salidroside was studied through single-factor experiment and L9(34) orthogonal experiment, results showed that power of ultra- sonic wave, temperature, and times had different impacts, orthogonal experiment analysis showed that temper- ature appreciably impacted.The optimum conditions for salidroside extraction were: power of ultrasonic wave 500 W, treating at 40 ℃, under these conditions extracting for 4 times.Under the optimal circumstances, the extraction rate of salidroside could be up to 2.343 %.
