中文摘要: 以尼泊金乙酯(EP)为模板分子,邻苯二胺(o-PD)为功能单体,利用循环伏安法在玻碳电极(GCE)表面制备分 子印迹膜,对分子印迹聚合条件进行了优化,并进一步在双通道丝网印刷碳电极(SPCE)表面进行电聚合,制得双通道 尼泊金乙酯分子印迹膜电极(EP-MIP/SPCE)。利用循环伏安法、方波伏安法和电流-时间曲线法对分子印迹传感器的电 化学性能进行评价。EP 在双通道 EP-MIP/SPCE 上的氧化电流与 EP 在低浓度区(3.2×10-7 mol/L~3.2×10-6 mol/L)和高浓 度区(2.7×10-5 mol/L~5.6×10-4 mol/L)分别呈良好的线性关系,检出限为 9.7×10-8 mol/L。运用建立的方法对市售酱油中的 EP 进行了测定,加标回收率为 97.2 %~106.6 %,实验结果表明,该双通道分子印迹传感器可对酱油等食品样品中的尼泊 金酯类进行快速测定。
Abstract:Ethylparaben (EP) was used as template molecule, o-phenylenediamine (o-PD) as functional monomer, the molecularly imprinted film was electropolymerized on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode by cyclic voltammetry (CV), and the electropolymerization conditions of molecularly imprinted film were opti- mized. Furthermore, the dual channel molecularly imprinted electrode (EP-MIP/SPCE) was fabricated based on a dual channel screen-printed electrode. The electrochemical properties of the sensor were investigated using cyclic voltammetry, square wave voltammetry and current-time curve methods. The oxidation current of EP on the dual channel sensor had good linear relationship with the concentration of EP in the ranges of 3.2×10-7 mol/L-3.2×10-6 mol/L and 2.7×10-5 mol/L-5.6×10-4 mol/L, respectively. The detection limit was 9.7×10-8 mol/L. The dual channel sensor was applied to determine EP in commercial soy sauce with recovery rates from 97.2 % to 106.6 %. The results showed that the dual channel sensor was suitable for fast determination of parabens in soy sauce and other food samples.
