中文摘要: 食叶草是一种新食品原料,营养成分丰富,蛋白质含量较高,含有多种人体必需的微量元素、氨基酸以及一些生物活性成分(如黄酮类、多酚类化合物等),具有抗氧化、降血压、降血糖、尿酸维稳等药理作用。该文对食叶草有效成分、药理作用等进行综述,分析食叶草在药理研究方面的现状及存在的主要问题,并对食叶草的药效基础研究进行展望。

Abstract:Edible dock is a new food raw material rich in nutritional components. It has a relatively high protein content and contains various trace elements and amino acids essential for the human body,as well as some bioactive ingredients such as flavonoids and polyphenol compounds. It exhibits pharmacological effects like antioxidant activity and can reduce high blood pressure,lower blood sugar,and maintain stable uric acid levels.This paper reviewed the active components and pharmacological effects of edible dock,analyzed the current status and main problems in its pharmacological research,and made an outlook on the basic research of its pharmaceutical efficacy.
