中文摘要: 为提高金针菇的产量并开发玉米浆新的资源化利用途径,采用不同浓度玉米浆水解液进行金针菇的栽培。通过测定平板菌丝平均生长速度、摇瓶菌丝平均生物量、菌包子实体产量以及子实体营养成分含量综合评价玉米浆水解液对金针菇生长及子实体品质的影响。结果表明,当玉米浆水解液添加量为1.5%时,金针菇平板菌丝平均生长速度快,摇瓶菌丝平均生物量最多。玉米浆水解液添加量为2.0%时,金针菇子实体产量最高,为211.79 g,是对照组的1.47 倍,同时金针菇子实体粗蛋白、粗纤维和总糖含量均显著提高(P<0.05),子实体品质得到显著提升。
Abstract:In order to improve the yield of Flammulina velutipes and develop a new way of resource utilization of corn steep liquor,corn steep liquor hydrolysates at different concentrations were used for Flammulina velutipes cultivation. The effects of corn steep liquor hydrolysate on the growth and fruiting body quality of Flammulina velutipes were comprehensively evaluated by measuring the average growth rate of plate mycelium,the average biomass of shaking flask mycelium,the yield of the fruiting body,and the nutritional ingredient content of the fruiting body. The results showed that when the additional amount of corn steep liquor hydrolysate was 1.5%,the plate mycelium average growth rate of Flammulina velutipes was fast,and the average biomass was the most. When the addition amount was 2.0%,the highest yield of Flammulina velutipes was achieved at 211.79 g,which was 1.47 times that of the control group. In addition,the contents of crude protein,crude fiber,and total sugar in the fruiting body of Flammulina velutipes were significantly increased (P<0.05),and the quality of the fruiting body was significantly improved.
