中文摘要: 为深入挖掘提取相与不同品种核桃内种皮的活性成分和抗氧化性能之间的关联性。以 5 种不同品种的核桃内种皮为材料,对其乙醇相、乙酸乙酯相、纤维素酶相、正丁醇和水相提取物的总酚、总黄酮含量,以及DPPH 自由基、ABTS+自由基、羟基自由基清除率和还原力等指标进行系统研究与比较。结果表明,提取相的选择对核桃内种皮的活性成分和抗氧化性能影响显著。在活性成分提取方面,乙醇作为提取剂优势突出,其中‘扎 343’核桃内种皮乙醇相提取物的总酚、总黄酮含量在各品种中最高,分别达到 747.24 mg GAE/g 和 54.31 mg RE/g。不同品种的核桃抗氧化能力呈现出显著差异,在质量浓度为 0.20 mg/mL 的条件下,‘新新 2’乙醇相提取物对DPPH 自由基的清除率高,达 84.83%;‘温 185’乙酸乙酯相提取物对·OH 的清除率最高,达到 94.24%;相关性分析显示,核桃内种皮的活性成分与抗氧化能力之间存在紧密联系,但不同品种中各抗氧化指标与总酚、总黄酮含量的相关性呈现出不一致的趋势。
Abstract:To delve comprehensively into the intricate correlations among extraction phases,active components,and the antioxidant properties of kernel pellicles across diverse walnut varieties,this study systematically investigated and contrasted the total phenolic content (TPC),total flavonoid content(TFC),along with the scavenging rates of DPPH·,ABTS+·,hydroxyl free radicals,and the reducing power within the ethanolphase,ethyl acetate-phase,cellulase-phase,n-butanol-phase,and aqueous-phase extracts derived from the kernel pellicles of five distinct walnut varieties.The findings unequivocally demonstrated that the choice of extraction phases exerted a profound influence on both the active components and antioxidant properties of walnut kernel pellicles. Regarding the extraction of active components,ethanol emerged as a solvent of superior efficacy. Among the varieties examined,the ethanol-phase extract of the ′Za 343′ walnut kernel pellicle exhibited the highest TPC and TFC,reaching 747.24 mg GAE/g and 54.31 mg RE/g,respectively.Notably,significant variations in antioxidant properties were observed among different walnut varieties. At a mass concentration of 0.20 mg/mL,the DPPH· scavenging rate of the ethanol-phase extract from the ′Xinxin 2′ walnut kernel pellicle soared to 84.83%;the hydroxyl radical scavenging rate of the ethyl acetate-phase extract from the ′Wen 185′walnut kernel pellicle was the highest,attaining 94.24%. Correlation analysis revealed a robust linkage between the active components in walnut kernel pellicles and their antioxidant capabilities. However,it is crucial to note that the relationships between various antioxidant indices and the TPC and TFC presented inconsistent trends across different walnut varieties.
