百合紫苏复合茶的HPLC 指纹图谱建立、6 种成分含量测定及化学模式识别

中文摘要: 百合紫苏复合茶是由百合、酸枣仁、紫苏、山楂4 种药食同源材料组成。为更好地对百合紫苏复合茶进行质量控制,建立百合紫苏复合茶的指纹图谱和多种成分含量测定方法。该研究采用高效液相色谱(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)法建立12 批百合紫苏复合茶的指纹图谱,并测定其中绿原酸、咖啡酸、阿魏酸、斯皮诺素、王百合苷B 及迷迭香酸成分的含量。通过聚类分析、主成分分析以及正交偏最小二乘-判别分析对指纹图谱进行分析,并选出影响百合紫苏复合茶的差异性成分。结果表明:12 批复合茶指纹图谱选出23 个共有峰,在各自范围内,6 种成分的线性关系良好(r>0.999 8),聚类分析结果表明,12 批百合紫苏复合茶可被分为2 类,S2、S3、S4、S10 分为一类,其余批次为一类。运用的3 种化学计量学分析方法对数据分析结果一致。
Abstract:Lilium and Perilla compound tea is composed of four homology materials, Lilium, sour jujube kernel, Perilla and hawthorn.The fingerprint and multi-component content determination method were established for the quality control of Lilium and Perilla compound tea.The fingerprints of 12 batches of Lilium and Perilla compound tea were established by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and the content of chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, ferulic acid, spinosin, regaloside B, and rosinic acid was determined. The fingerprints were analyzed by cluster analysis, principal component analysis, and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis, and the differential components affecting Lilium and Perilla compound tea were selected. The results showed 23 common peaks in the fingerprints of the 12 batches of tea samples, and 6 components demonstrated good linear relationship (r>0.999 8) within their respective ranges. The cluster analysis results showed that 12 batches of Lilium and Perilla compound tea were classified into 2 categories. Specifically,S2, S3, S4, and S10 were grouped into one category, and the rest batches were grouped into the other category. The three methods of chemometrics analysis produced consistent results.
