中文摘要: 平贝母( Fritillaria ussuriensis Bulbs)是我国药食同源天然资源,药用历史悠久,效果显著。现代研究证明,平贝母中主要含生物碱类、多糖及核苷类等活性成分,具有止咳化痰、抗炎和抗氧化等生理作用,广泛应用于临床和日常保健中,已经成为食品和医药领域的研究热点。该文系统归纳平贝母主要活性成分、品质影响因素及生理作用等方面的研究成果,以期为平贝母深入研究以及进一步开发利用提供参考。

Abstract:Fritillaria ussuriensis Bulbs are a natural resource of medicinal and food origin in China with a long history of medicinal use and remarkable effects.Modern research has proved that F.ussuriensis Bulbs primarily contain active ingredients such as alkaloids,polysaccharides,and nucleosides,and have physiological effects such as relieving cough,resolving phlegm,anti-inflammation,and anti-oxidation.These attributes have led to its widespread application in clinical settings and daily health care,making them a research hotspot in the food and pharmaceutical fields.This paper systematically summarized the research findings on the main chemical components,quality influencing factors,and physiological effects of F.ussuriensis Bulbs,so as to provide a reference for further in-depth research and development of F.ussuriensis Bulbs.
