基于文献计量的葡萄与葡萄酒中褪黑素研究现状与发展趋势

中文摘要: 褪黑素是存在于动物、植物、单细胞和多细胞藻类以及细菌中的吲哚胺,在生长发育调节中扮演着重要角色,它影响植物的生长节律、根系生长、光合作用和抗逆性等方面。为把握国内外葡萄与葡萄酒中褪黑素的应用研究现状与发展趋势,推测葡萄与葡萄酒中褪黑素的研究发展趋势,采用文献计量学方法,以Web of Science 核心合集和中国知网数据库作为数据集来源,通过Cite Space 分析工具进行关键词、国家、作者等方面的共现分析,并对比文献的出版物分布和国内外研究时间分布。通过对关键词和其他数据的挖掘可以得出,其研究主要集中在葡萄与葡萄酒中褪黑素来源、检测方法以及褪黑素在葡萄抗性调控中的作用等。该文将为褪黑素在葡萄生理调控及其在葡萄酒品质形成中的应用提供理论依据,促进葡萄和葡萄酒产业的不断发展。
Abstract:Melatonin is an indoleamine present in animals,plants,single-celled and multicellular algae,and bacteria.It plays a crucial role in regulating growth and development,influencing various aspects of plant physiology including growth rhythms,root development,photosynthesis,and stress resistance.To grasp the research status and development trends of applying melatonin in grapes and wine in China and other countries and to speculate on the research trends of melatonin in grapes and wine,this study conducted co-occurrence analyses of keywords,countries,and authors with a bibliometric method using Cite Space analysis tool with Web of Science Core Collection and the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database as data set sources.The distribution of publications and the timeline of research in China and other countries were also compared.Through the exploration of keywords and other data,it was found that research primarily focused on the sources and detection methods of melatonin in grapes and wine,as well as its role in regulating grape resistance.This study aimed to provide a theoretical basis for the physiological regulation of grapes by melatonin and its application in shaping wine quality,thereby promoting the continuous development of the grape and wine industries.
