中文摘要: 母乳低聚糖(human milk oligosaccharides,HMOs)是母乳中重要的生物活性成分之一,是在人乳中唯一存在的第三丰富的固体成分,具有结构和功能的多样性和母体差异性。HMOs 已被证明与许多健康益处有关,例如抑制病原体对机体的侵害,促进婴儿肠道微生物组的成熟,增殖婴儿肠道中特定有益菌群——双歧杆菌属,并激活机体的免疫力等多种益生功能。目前,国内已经批准2′-岩藻糖基乳糖和乳糖-N-新四糖两种母乳低聚糖可以应用于婴幼儿配方食品当中,HMOs 的益生功能也逐渐受到更多的关注。该文对母乳中含有的重要生物活性分子——HMOs 的结构、含量差异和消化特性、对机体健康的益处等进行综述,对HMOs 目前的应用现状进行分析并对其未来进行展望。
Abstract:As one of the most important bioactive components in human milk,human milk oligosaccharides(HMOs) are the third most abundant solid components in human milk,with diversity in structure and function and maternal differences.HMOs have been proven to be related to many health benefits,such as inhibiting the invasion of pathogens to the body,promoting the maturity of infant intestinal microflora,proliferating the specific beneficial flora in infant intestinal tract-Bifidobacterium,and activating the immunity of the body.At present,two kinds of HMOs,2′-fucosyllactose and lactose-n-neotetrase,have been approved to be used in infant formula foods in China,and the probiotic function of HMOs has gradually attracted more attention.This paper reviews the structure,content difference,digestive characteristics and health benefits of HMOs,an important bioactive molecule contained in human milk.The current application status of HMOs was analyzed,and its future development and application were predicted.
