双极性MgO 纳米棒的制备、表征及其在原糖回溶糖浆脱色的应用

中文摘要: 该试验以MgCl2·6H2O 和MgO 为原料,制备碱式MgCl2 纳米棒,将其作为前驱物,采用沉淀转化法制备Mg(OH)2 纳米棒,通过热分解法制备MgO 纳米棒。通过扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)、X 射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,FT-IR)仪表征分析得出产物是直径为150~250 nm、长度为6~10 μm 的单晶MgO 纳米棒,为棒状纳米级。以脱色率为评价指标,分别考察MgO 纳米棒用量、脱色温度、脱色时间和pH 值4 个因素对原糖回溶糖浆脱色率的影响,得出最佳条件为MgO 纳米棒用量0.03 g、脱色温度60 ℃、脱色时间110 min、pH5.0。该MgO 纳米棒对原糖回溶糖浆溶液的脱色率达到(91.92±1.70)%。空白试验证明MgO 纳米棒对原糖回溶糖浆的脱色率明显高于市售MgO 的脱色率([17.93±2.04)%]。该MgO 纳米棒对原糖回溶糖浆溶液中色素的吸附试验表明,MgO 纳米棒吸附动力学符合准一级动力学模型,吸附行为符合Langmuir 等温吸附模型,为单分子层吸附。
Abstract:In this experiment, alkaline MgCl2 nanorods were prepared from MgCl2·6H2O and MgO, which were used as precursors to prepare Mg(OH)2 nanorods by precipitation transformation and MgO nanorods by thermal decomposition. The products were subjected to analysis by using a scanning electron microscope(SEM), an X-ray diffraction (XRD) instrument, and a Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR). The products were obtained as single-crystal MgO nanorods with a diameter of 150-250 nm and a length of 6-10 μm, exhibiting rod-like nanoscale morphology. The decolorization rate was employed as the evaluation index to investigate the effects of four factors, namely MgO nanorod dosage, decolorization temperature, decolorization time, and pH on the decolorization rate of raw sugar-redissolved syrup. The optimal conditions were found to be a MgO nanorod dosage of 0.03 g, a decolorization temperature of 60 ℃, a decolorization time of 110 min, and a pH of 5.0. The MgO nanorods demonstrated a decolorization rate of (91.92±1.70)% for the raw sugar-redissolved syrup. The results of the blank test demonstrated that the decolorization rate of MgO nanorods on the raw sugar-redissolved syrup was markedly superior to that of the commercially available MgO,which exhibited a decolorization rate of (17.93±2.04)%. The adsorption test of this MgO nanorod material on pigments in raw sugar-redissolved syrup demonstrated that the adsorption kinetics of the MgO nanorods exhibited conformity with the quasi-primary kinetics model. Furthermore, the adsorption behaviors demonstrated conformity with the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model, indicating mono-molecular layer adsorption.
