中文摘要: 缺陷果实的检测与剔除是苹果产业减损增效的重要手段,也是苹果质量安全的重要保障。传统的人工检测效率低、主观性强,因此研究开发一种快速、准确、无损的苹果缺陷检测技术具有重要意义。该文介绍苹果的常见缺陷,对其定义和产生原因进行分析,围绕光、声、电磁三大方向总结苹果缺陷无损检测技术,综合分析各种检测技术的研究进展,对比其优缺点,并展望未来的发展方向,旨在为苹果缺陷无损检测研究提供参考。
Abstract:Detecting and removing defective apples is an essential approach to reducing losses and enhancing economic benefits in the apple industry, as well as an important guarantee for the quality and safety of apples.Traditional manual detection methods are inefficient, highly subjective, and prone to misjudgment. Therefore,researching and developing rapid, accurate, and non-destructive technology is of great significance for detecting apple defects. This article first introduced the common defects of apples and analyzed their definitions and causes. Then, it summarized non-destructive detection technologies for apple defects from the perspectives of light, sound, and electromagnetic methods, comprehensively analyzing the research progress of various detection technologies, comparing their advantages and disadvantages, and looking forward to future development directions. This review aims to provide a reference for research on non-destructive detection of apple defects.
