亚临界萃取结合分子蒸馏提取紫斑牡丹精油及其成分抗氧化能力分析

中文摘要: 为优化紫斑牡丹精油提取工艺,分析精油成分与抗氧化能力。采用亚临界萃取与分子蒸馏相结合的方法(亚临界萃取-分子蒸馏法)和水蒸气蒸馏法,对紫斑牡丹精油进行提取。通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪对紫斑牡丹精油进行成分分析,并测定其抗氧化活性。结果表明,用亚临界萃取-分子蒸馏法提取精油的得率明显高于水蒸气蒸馏法。亚临界萃取-分子蒸馏法所得精油含79 种主要成分,其中含量最高的是香叶醇,占总含量的14.664%;包含采用常用方法提取的牡丹精油中少见的雪松醇。亚临界萃取-分子蒸馏法提取的牡丹精油不仅对DPPH·、ABTS+·、·OH均有一定的清除能力,也具有一定程度的抑制亚油酸酯质过氧化的作用。综上,采用亚临界萃取-分子蒸馏法提取可减少有效成分的损失,能获得更高品质的牡丹精油,有利于高附加值产品的开发与应用。
Abstract:The extraction process of essential oil from Paeonia rockii was optimized,and the composition and antioxidant activity of the extracted essential oil were analyzed.The essential oil from P.rockii was obtained by subcritical extraction-molecular distillation and steam distillation. The components of the essential oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and the antioxidant activity was measured. The results showed that subcritical extraction-molecular distillation had higher yield of essential oil than steam distillation.A total of 79 components were identified from the essential oil obtained by subcritical extraction-molecular distillation,in which geraniol had the highest content(14.664%). In addition,cedrol,which was rare in Paeonia × suffruticosa essential oil extracted by common methods,was detected in the essential oil. The essential oil of P. rockii obtained by subcritical extraction-molecular distillation showcased scavenging activities against DPPH·,ABTS+·,and·OH and had inhibitory effect on linoleic acid ester peroxidation.In summary,subcritical extraction-molecular distillation can reduce the loss of effective components and obtain high-quality essential oil from P.rockii,which was beneficial for the development and application of value-added products.
