中文摘要: 建立气相色谱内标法测定米糠脂肪烷醇中二十八烷醇和三十烷醇的含量。以三苯基苯为内标物,采用HP-5毛细管色谱柱。二十八烷醇和三十烷醇的加标回收率分别为99.41%和99.48%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)分别为3.28%和3.17%。该方法适用于米糠脂肪烷醇中高级醇含量分析,为其产品质量的判定提供参考。
Abstract:Gas chromatography(GC)with internal standard was used to establish a method for analysis of octacosanol and triacontanol in rice brane fatty alcohol.Triphenylbenzene was used as internal standard.The separation of target components was performed on a HP-5 capillary column.The recoveries of octacosanol and triacontanol were 99.41%(relative standard deviation,RSD)3.28%and 99.48%(RSD 3.17%),respectively.The established method was suitable for the analysis of octacosanol and triacontanol in rice brane fatty alcohol,and could provide reference for the judgment of product quality.
