中文摘要: 建立可同时测定红糖中酒石酸、丙酮酸、乙酸、柠檬酸、琥珀酸、没食子酸以及乌头酸含量的固相萃取-高效液相色谱法。结果发现当检测器为二极管阵列紫外-可见光检测器,检测波长210 nm,XBridge C8色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),柱温为35℃,流动相为0.1%磷酸∶乙腈溶液=99∶1,流速为0.7 mL/min,红糖中的7种有机酸能在15 min内均达到基线分离。检测限分别在0.005 2 mg/kg~0.77 mg/kg之间,标准曲线相关系数为0.999 6~1.000,精密性试验相对标准偏差值为1.1%~3.0%,样品的回收率在82.1%~108.6%之间。由此可见,此方法适用于快速测定红糖中7种有机酸含量。
Abstract:A method for the determination of 7 kinds of organic acids such as tartaric acid,pyruvic acid,acetic acid,citric acid,succinic acid,gallic acid,and aconitic acid in brown sugar was established by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The chromatographic conditions were as follows:the mobile phase was 0.1%phosphoric acid ∶acetonitrile=99 ∶1,XBridge C8column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),column temperature was 35℃,flow rate was 0.7 mL/min,detection wavelength was 210 nm,7 kinds of organic acids were simultaneous separated under the optimized conditions within 15 minutes.The detection limit was between 0.005 2 mg/kg-0.77 mg/kg,the correlation of the standard curve was between 0.999 6-1.000,the relative standard deviation was 1.1%-3.0%,and the recoveries were between 82.1%-108.6%.Thus,it could be seen that this method was suitable for the rapid determination of 7 kinds of organic acid content in brown sugar.
