中文摘要: 为全面、深刻了解国内农药残留免疫检测技术研究领域的现状及发展动态,利用引文空间(CiteSpace)计量软件对中国知网数据库(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)中2001—2024 年的810篇相关文献,从发文量、作者、发文机构、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果表明:农药残留免疫检测技术领域文献数量总体呈上升趋势;孙远明、朱国念等人是我国农药残留免疫检测技术的核心成员;南京农业大学、中国农业科学院等高校和科研院所是该领域主要研究机构;该领域主要集中在抗原、抗体的制备、免疫表达、标记材料及检测4 个领域。该领域研究进展分为4 个阶段:第一阶段主要侧重于农药半抗原设计、人工抗原的制备及纯化和鉴定;第二阶段侧重于抗原抗体特异性免疫反应和色谱层析分离技术相结合的免疫层析技术的研发;第三阶段主要侧重于标记材料从胶体金到磁性纳米颗粒、荧光微球及荧光乳胶颗粒等的发展;第四阶段主要是免疫层析技术与图像识别技术、大数据和物联网技术的融合。根据突现图和时间线图可知,“免疫层析技术-标记材料-大数据”这一路径可作为该领域的研究热点和前沿。
Abstract:In order to gain a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the current situation and development trends of immunodetection technology research field for pesticide residues in China,CiteSpace metrology software was used to visually analyze 810 pieces of relevant literature from 2001 to 2024 in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database about the number of published papers,authors,publishing institutions,keywords,etc. The results showed that the number of literature in the field of immunodetection technology for pesticide residues exhibited a rising trend. Sun Yuanming,Zhu Guonian,and others were the core members of China′s immunodetection technology for pesticide residues. Nanjing Agricultural University,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences,other universities,and other scientific research institutes were the main research institutions in this field. This field mainly focused on four fields:the preparation of antigen and antibody,the immune expression,material labelling,and detection. The research progress in this field was divided into four stages:the first stage mainly focused on the design of pesticide hapten,as well as the preparation,purification,and identification of artificial antigen;the second stage focused on the research and development of immunochromatographic technology (ICT) combining specific antigen-antibody immune reaction and chromatographic separation technology;the third stage focused on the development of labeling materials from colloidal gold to magnetic nanoparticles,fluorescent microspheres,fluorescent latex particles,and so on;the fourth stage was mainly the integration of ICT and image recognition technology,big data,and internet of things technology.According to the emergence diagram and timeline diagram,the path of ′ICT,material labeling,and big data′could be used as a research hotspot and frontier in this field.
