中文摘要: 该研究采用水提法制备红枣多糖,经DEAE-52阴离子交换柱和葡聚糖G-100凝胶柱进行分离纯化,以免疫抑制小鼠为研究对象,考察红枣多糖对免疫抑制小鼠的体内免疫调节作用,并进行血清代谢组学分析。结果表明,红枣多糖能够显著增加免疫抑制小鼠血清免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,IgA )和免疫球蛋白M(immunoglobulin M,IgM )的水平。红枣多糖干预后,小鼠血清中存在303 种差异代谢物,其中207 种差异代谢物上调,96 种差异代谢物下调,差异代谢物缬氨酸、苯丙氨酸和脯氨酸是红枣多糖作用于免疫抑制小鼠的生物标志物;差异代谢物主要富集到5条代谢途径,其中亚油酸代谢途径与机体的免疫调节能力有关。
Abstract:Xinjiang jujube polysaccharides were prepared via water extraction and then separated and purified through a DEAE-52 anion exchange column and a glucan G-100 gel column. Immunosuppressed mice were used to investigate the in vivo immune regulatory effects of jujube polysaccharides,and serum metabolomics analysis was conducted. The results indicated that jujube polysaccharides significantly raised the serum levels of immunoglobulins IgA and IgM in immunosuppressed mice. After the intervention of jujube polysaccharides,there were 303 differential metabolites in the serum of mice,207 of which were upregulated and 96 were downregulated. Among them,valine,phenylalanine,and proline were biomarkers for the effect of jujube polysaccharides on immunosuppressed mice. The differential metabolites were mainly enriched in five metabolic pathways,among which the linoleic acid metabolic pathway was related to the immune regulatory capacity.
