中文摘要: 为筛选高白藜芦醇和原花青素含量的花生品种,采用超声波-微波协同提取法,对20个花生品种不同部位中白藜芦醇和原花青素含量进行差异性分析。结果表明,不同品种及不同部位花生中白藜芦醇和原花青素含量差异性明显,20个花生品种红衣中原花青素含量均显著高于整粒和子叶(p<0.05),呈现为红衣>整粒>子叶;14个花生品种中白藜芦醇含量呈现为红衣>整粒>子叶,“豫花37”、“豫花138”、“豫花9620”均呈现为红衣>子叶>整粒,“豫花133”呈现为红衣>子叶=整粒,“豫花23”呈现为整粒>红衣=子叶;“豫花76”呈现为子叶>整粒>红衣。其中,红衣中白藜芦醇含量最高的为“豫花29”(0.80 mg/g),原花青素含量最高的为“豫花138”(179.04 mg/g);整粒和子叶中白藜芦醇含量最高的均为“豫花76”(0.56 mg/g和 0.86 mg/g);原花青素含量整粒中最高的为“豫花211”(9.47 mg/g),子叶中最高的为“豫花76号”(3.40 mg/g)。
Abstract:In order to select peanut varieties with high resveratrol and proanthocyanidin contents,the ultrasonicassisted microwave extraction method was used to analyze resveratrol and proanthocyanidin contents in different parts of 20 peanut varieties. The results showed that the contents of resveratrol and proanthocyanidin in different varieties and different parts of peanut were obvious different. The contents of proanthocyanidins in 20 peanut varieties were significantly higher than those in whole peanut and cotyledon (p<0.05),and the order was peanut skin>whole peanut>cotyledon. The resveratrol content of 14 peanut varieties was peanut skin>whole peanut>cotyledon;for Yuhua 37,Yuhua 138,and Yuhua 9620,the order was peanut skin>cotyledon>whole peanut,and for Yuhua 133,the order was peanut skin>cotyledon = whole peanut. Yuhua 23 exhibited an order of whole peanut>peanut skin = cotyledon. The resveratrol content in Yuhua 76 in descending order was cotyledon>whole peanut>peanut skin. The highest content of resveratrol was found in Yuhua 29 (0.80 mg/g),and the highest content of proanthocyanidins was in Yuhua 138 (179.04 mg/g). The highest content of resveratrol in whole peanut and cotyledon was found in Yuhua 76 (0.56 mg/g and 0.86 mg/g). The highest proanthocyanidin content was detected in Yuhua 211 (9.47 mg/g) in whole grain and Yuhua 76 (3.40 mg/g) in cotyledon.
