中文摘要: 母乳低聚糖 (human milk oligosaccharides, HMOs) 是母乳中重要的生物活性分子之一,具有结构和功能的多样性,对婴儿成长发育有着至关重要的作用。乳糖-N-三糖 (lacto-N-triose Ⅱ,LNT Ⅱ) 是欧盟认定的新型食品,也是母乳低聚糖的结构核心单元,Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型母乳低聚糖都是在LNT Ⅱ结构骨架的基础上衍生扩展出具有多样性的母乳低聚糖。LNT Ⅱ对机体有诸多益处,包括促进有益菌的生长、黏附和定殖,帮助建立肠道屏障并对免疫系统产生正向调节作用。该文简要介绍LNT Ⅱ与HMOs 结构之间的关系,综述当前LNT Ⅱ的生物合成现状和LNT Ⅱ的健康益处,并对HMOs 的应用现状以及LNT Ⅱ应用做出前景展望。
Abstract:Human milk oligosaccharides(HMOs), one of the most important bioactive molecules in human milk, have diverse structures and functions and play a vital role in the growth and development of infants.Lacto-N-triose Ⅱ (LNT Ⅱ) is a novel food product recognized by the European Union, and it is also the structural core unit of HMOs. Both type Ⅰ and Ⅱ HMOs are derived from the structural skeleton of LNT Ⅱ and expand the diversity of HMOs. LNT Ⅱ has multiple health benefits, including promoting the growth, adhesion,and colonization of probiotics, helping to establish the intestinal barrier, and positively modulating the immune system. The structural relationship between LNT Ⅱ and HMOs and the current biosynthesis status and health benefits of LNT Ⅱ were reviewed, and the application status of HMOs and LNT Ⅱ was prospected.
