中文摘要: 为探究脱脂南极磷虾粉酶解肽(defatted Antarctic krill powder proteolytic peptides, DAKP)对糖尿病小鼠的降血糖功效,通过高糖高脂饮食联合腹腔注射链脲佐菌素建立2 型糖尿病小鼠模型,采用DAKP 对模型小鼠进行为期6 周的干预治疗,测定小鼠糖脂代谢与肝肾功能相关指标,观察组织病理学形态变化。结果表明,DAKP 可以显著降低糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖水平,改善葡萄糖耐量和胰岛素抵抗程度;总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量分别降低了27.51%、46.67% 和52.71%,脂质代谢异常得到缓解;谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性分别下降了63.00%和35.90%,尿素氮和肌酐含量分别下降了28.29%和51.06%,肝肾功能受损得到缓解;DAKP 有效缓解糖尿病小鼠的肝脏、肾脏、胰腺组织损伤。因此,DAKP 具有降血糖功效,能够缓解2 型糖尿病导致的糖脂代谢异常和肝肾功能受损,并修复糖尿病小鼠组织损伤,其可作为治疗糖尿病及其并发症的潜在功能性食品成分。

Abstract:To investigate the hypoglycemic efficacy of defatted Antarctic krill powder proteolytic peptides(DAKP) on diabetic mice, a type 2 diabetic mice model was built by high-sugar and high-fat diet combined with intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin. The model mice were subjected to a 6-week intervention treatment with DAKP. During this period, related indicators of glucolipid metabolism and hepatorenal functions were measured, and histopathological morphological changes were observed. The results showed that DAKP could significantly reduce fasting blood glucose levels, and improve glucose tolerance and insulin resistance in diabetic mice; the content of total cholesterol, triglyceride, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol was reduced by 27.51%, 46.67%, and 52.71%, respectively, indicating alleviation of abnormal lipid metabolism;the activities of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase were decreased by 63.00% and 35.90%, while the content of urea nitrogen and creatinine was decreased by 28.29% and 51.06%, respectively, suggesting mitigation of hepatorenal function impairment. At the same time, DAKP effectively alleviated tissue damage in the liver, kidneys, and pancreas in diabetic mice. Therefore, DAKP has hypoglycemic efficacy, able to mitigate abnormal glycolipid metabolism and hepatorenal function impairment induced by type 2 diabetes mellitus and repair tissue damage in diabetic mice. These findings suggest that DAKP can be used as a potential functional food ingredient for the treatment of diabetes and its complications.
