金银花中微量元素的ICP-MS 法测定及 统计比较

中文摘要: 为探究金银花中微量元素的含量与金银花的功效以及产地之间的关系,采用微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定20 个产地的金银花样品中 Ca、Mg、Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn、Se、Cr、Cd 和Pb 微量元素的含量,并对其进行统计分析。结果表明,方法的回收率为95.1%~105.0%,相对标准偏差为1.2%~5.0%,说明方法准确可靠;采用主成分分析对不同产地的金银花中的微量元素特征进行分析,采用聚类分析对金银花产地进行聚类。结果显示,金银花中含有多种有益元素,重金属含量较低,符合《中华人民共和国药典》(2020 年版)一部标准;主成分分析表明,金银花中的特征元素是Ca、Zn、Cu 和Fe;聚类分析对金银花的分类结果与产地信息基本一致;金银花中含有丰富的微量元素,不同产地的金银花中微量元素差别很大。
Abstract:This study explored the relationship among the content of trace elements, efficacy, and origin of honeysuckle. The contents of Ca, Mg, Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn, Se, Cr, Cd, and Pb of honeysuckle from 20 origins were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) after microwave digestion, and statistical analysis was carried out. The results showed that the recovery rate of the method was between 95.1% and 105.0%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was between 1.2% and 5.0%, indicating that the method was accurate and reliable. The characteristics of trace elements in honeysuckle from different origins were analyzed by principal component analysis, and the honeysuckle from different origins was clustered. The results revealed that honeysuckle contained a variety of beneficial elements, and the heavy metal content was low, which met the standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia of 2020 edition. Principal component analysis showed that the characteristic elements in honeysuckle were Ca, Zn, Cu, and Fe, and the origin classification of honeysuckle by cluster analysis was basically consistent with the origin information. There were abundant trace elements in honeysuckle, and the trace elements in honeysuckle from different origins were different.
