中文摘要: 为优化荷叶生物碱提取工艺,探究其抗氧化活性。以生物碱得率为考察指标,优化荷叶生物碱的提取工艺,并测定荷叶生物碱对DPPH 自由基、ABTS+自由基、羟基自由基的清除能力。正交试验确定最佳提取工艺条件为料液比2∶20(g/mL)、乙醇浓度60%、超声时间40 min、超声温度60 ℃,此条件下,荷叶生物碱得率可达(1.581±0.026)%。抗氧化活性测定表明荷叶生物碱对DPPH 自由基、ABTS+自由基、羟基自由基有明显的清除作用。
Abstract:This study aimed to optimize the extraction process of lotus leaf alkaloids and explore their antioxidant activity.The extraction process of lotus leaf alkaloids was optimized with the alkaloid extraction rate as the indicator,and the scavenging ability of lotus leaf alkaloids against DPPH,ABTS+,and hydroxyl radicals was determined.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions determined by the orthogonal test were as follows:solid-liquid ratio of 2∶20 (g/mL),ethanol concentration of 60%,ultrasonic time of 40 min,and ultrasonic temperature of 60 ℃.Under above conditions,the extraction rate of lotus leaf alkaloids was(1.581±0.026)%.The antioxidant activity of lotus leaf alkaloids was studied,and it was found that they had a great scavenging ability against DPPH radicals,ABTS+ radicals,and hydroxyl radicals.
