中文摘要: 苦荞是一种独特的药食两用粮食作物,兼具营养和药用价值,具有抗氧化、抗高血压、降血糖等多种生理活性功能。前期研究发现,苦荞的生物活性功能与其富含的黄酮类物质相关,研究苦荞黄酮物质的高效提取方法对相关功能性研究及苦荞深加工具有重要意义。因此,对近年苦荞黄酮提取工艺的研究进展进行综述,总结常用的传统黄酮提取方法和新兴提取方法、提取溶剂、提取条件及其优缺点,为苦荞黄酮开发利用提供新思路。
Abstract:Tartary buckwheat is a distinctive dual-purpose crop with high nutritional and medicinal value,possessing a range of physiological functions,including antioxidant,antihypertensive,and hypoglycemic effects.Research has indicated that the bioactive properties of Tartary buckwheat are associated with its abundant flavonoid content. Investigating effective extraction techniques for flavonoids holds significant importance for functional research and the advanced processing of Tartary buckwheat. Therefore,this article reviewed recent research progress in the extraction techniques of flavonoids from Tartary buckwheat,summarizing commonly used traditional and emerging extraction methods,extraction solvents,extraction conditions,and their respective advantages and disadvantages,providing new insights and ideas for the development and utilization of Tartary buckwheat flavonoids.
