中文摘要: 油茶饼粕是油茶提油后的副产物,富含茶皂素、多糖、蛋白质、多酚等多种活性成分,具有较高的应用价值,是油茶籽油生产过程中产生的优质资源。随着我国油茶产业的迅速发展,油茶饼粕产量持续激增,油茶饼粕的合理化、高值化应用迫在眉睫。近年来,油茶饼粕化学成分、提取工艺及综合利用方式等研究趋于深入,油茶饼粕逐渐被应用于饲料、食品、医药、化工、肥料等相关领域,特别是在功能食品和医药领域中具有较大的应用潜力。该文对油茶饼粕的化学成分、提取工艺以及利用方式等研究进展进行综述,以期为油茶饼粕的持续深入研究与资源开发利用提供参考。
Abstract:The Camellia oleifera seed cake(CSC),a by-product after oil extraction from C. oleifera seed,is rich in active components including tea saponin,polysaccharides,protein,polyphenols. Therefore,its application value makes it a high-quality resource produced in the production of C.oleifera seed oil.The rapid development of the C. oleifera seed oil industry has brought a continuous surge in the output of CSC,promoting the rationalization and high-value application of CSC to be the concern.In recent years,the research on the extraction process,chemical composition,and comprehensive utilization of CSC has been deepened,and it has been gradually applied in fields related to feed,food,medicine,the chemical industry,and organic fertilizer,with an especially high application potential in the fields of functional food and medicine. The research progress of chemical composition,extraction process,and utilization methods of CSC were reviewed in this paper to provide a reference for further research and utilization of CSC.
