中文摘要: Ⅰ型胶原蛋白广泛分布在动物的骨骼、真皮、肌腱、韧带和角膜等组织中,是动物体内含量最丰富的一类具有三螺旋结构的蛋白质。Ⅰ型胶原蛋白因其优良的凝胶性能、生物相容性、低抗原性、信号传导性、生物降解性及止血性能在食品、化妆品、生物医药等领域有着广泛的应用前景,成为当前胶原蛋白研究的热点。该文以Ⅰ型胶原蛋白为研究对象,总结Ⅰ型胶原蛋白的构造、提取方法、应用,并提出目前存在的问题,旨在为相关领域的研究提供参考与指导。
Abstract:Type I collagen is ubiquitous in bones,derma,tendons,ligaments,and corneas of animals. It is the most abundant protein with a triple helix structure. With exceptional gel properties,biocompatibility,low antigenicity,signal conductivity,biodegradability,and hemostatic properties,type I collagen has wide application prospects in food,cosmetics,biomedicine and other fields. Type I collagen has become the focus of research on collagen. The structure,extraction methods,and applications of type I collagen were summarized,and the existing challenges were proposed,with a view to providing guidance for related studies.
