中文摘要: 为研究胶状鳞伞菌多糖的理化性质及体外生物学活性,采用水提醇沉法制备胶状鳞伞菌多糖,并对其理化特性和抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降血糖活性进行研究。结果表明:胶状鳞伞菌多糖主要由葡萄糖、甘露糖、木糖、半乳糖组成,具有典型的多糖特殊红外光谱吸收峰,含有吡喃糖苷与糖醛酸,分子量为29 754 Da。抗氧化结果表明胶状鳞伞菌多糖具有DPPH 自由基、羟自由基、ABTS+自由基、超氧阴离子自由基清除能力及还原力。胶状鳞伞菌多糖可抑制肿瘤细胞BGC-823、HepG2、Caco-2 的增殖,对α-淀粉酶活性有抑制作用。
Abstract:The physicochemical properties and in vitro biological activities of the polysaccharide from colloidal scale umbrella fungus were studied. The polysaccharide was prepared by aqueous extraction and alcohol precipitation,and its physicochemical properties and antioxidant,anti-tumor,and blood glucose-lowering activities were investigated. The results showed that the polysaccharide of colloidal scale umbrella fungus was mainly composed of glucose,mannose,xylose,and galactose. The extracted polysaccharide showed typical infrared absorption peaks of polysaccharides,containing pyranoside and uronic acid,with the molecular weight of 29 754 Da. The extracted polysaccharide showcased scavenging activities against DPPH,hydroxyl,ABTS+,and superoxide anion free radicals and ferric ion reducing antioxidant power. In addition,the extracted polysaccharide inhibited the proliferation of BGC-823,HepG2,and Caco-2 cells and inhibited the activity of α-amylase.
