中文摘要: 为提高雨生红球藻藻渣多糖的提取率,采用单因素和响应面法优化雨生红球藻藻渣多糖提取条件,并对获得的多糖进行降血脂试验。结果表明,雨生红球藻藻渣多糖最佳提取条件为NaOH质量分数2.5%、料液比1∶25 (g/mL)、超声功率250 W、超声时间10 min、提取时间2.5 h,在此条件下,多糖的提取率为(5.744±0.030)%。藻渣多糖浓度为5 mg/mL时,对胰脂肪酶有较好的抑制效果,抑制率达到(94.19±0.02)%。
Abstract:The extraction conditions of polysaccharide from the residue of Haematococcus pluvialis were optimized by single factor tests and response surface methodology to improve the yield of polysaccharides.Experiments were carried out to evaluate the blood lipid-lowering effect of the obtained polysaccharide.The extraction conditions were optimized as follows:NaOH mass fraction of 2.5%,solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶25 (g/mL),ultrasonic power of 250 W,ultrasonic time of 10 min,and extraction time of 2.5 h.Under these conditions,the yield of polysaccharide was (5.744±0.030)%.The obtained polysaccharide at 5 mg/mL inhibited the activity of pancreatic lipase,with the inhibition rate reaching (94.19±0.02)%.
