中文摘要: 我国农产品加工产业发展迅猛,产生的大量加工副产物未被有效利用,造成极大的环境污染和资源浪费。蒸汽爆破是一种新型绿色处理技术,可提升原料的营养价值、功能活性等。该文综述蒸汽爆破原理、处理效果、影响因素及其在动植物源农产品副产物提质增效上的不同作用,以期针对性指导农产品副产物开发利用,实现效益最大化。
Abstract:With the rapid development of agricultural product processing industry in China,a large number of processing by-products fail to be effectively used,resulting in great environmental pollution and resource waste.Steam explosion is a new green treatment technology,which can improve the nutritional value and functional activity of raw materials.In this paper,the principle of steam explosion,the influencing factors of treatment effect,and its different effects on increasing the quality and efficiency of the by-products of animal- and plant-based agricultural products were reviewed,with a view to guiding the development and utilization of the by-products of agricultural products and realizing the maximum benefit.
