中文摘要: 冬荪是一种珍稀食用菌,为高值化利用冬荪资源,探究冬荪菌托多糖和子实体多糖对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能和肠道菌群的影响,综合评价其免疫调节活性。结果表明,不同剂量冬荪菌托多糖组和子实体多糖组小鼠全血白细胞数和脾脏指数均升高(P<0.05,P<0.01 或P<0.001);血清中肿瘤坏死因子α、干扰素γ 水平和乳酸脱氢酶、酸性磷酸酶活力显著提高(P<0.05,P<0.01 或P<0.001);脾脏丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05 或P<0.001),过氧化氢酶活力显著升高(P<0.01 或P<0.001);脾脏组织中淋巴细胞数量增多,淋巴细胞排列得到改善。冬荪菌托多糖和冬荪子实体多糖可促进短链脂肪酸生成,改变免疫抑制小鼠肠道菌群的组成,增加拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)相对丰度,减少厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)相对丰度。
Abstract:Phallus inpudicu is a kind of rare edible fungus.In order to increase the value of the resources of P.inpudicu,this study investigated the effects of polysaccharides from P.inpudicu egg tray(PIT)and fruiting body(PIF)on immunity and the gut microbiota of immunosuppressed mice,and their immunoregulatory activities were comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that the total white blood cell count and spleen index in different doses of P.inpudicu PIT group and PIF group were both increased(P<0.05,P<0.01 or P<0.001),and the levels of tumor nerosis factor-α(TNF-α),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and the activities of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),acid phosphatase(ACP)in serum were significantly increased(P<0.05,P<0.01 or P<0.001).The malondialdehyde(MDA)content in spleen was significantly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.001),while the catalase(CAT)activity was significantly increased(P<0.01 or P<0.001).The number of lymphocytes in spleen tissue was increased and the arrangement of lymphocytes was improved.P.inpudicu PIT and PIF can promote the production of short-chain fatty acids,change the composition of gut microbiota in immunosuppressed mice,increase the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes,and decrease the relative abundance of Firmicutes.
