中文摘要: 荔枝是一种营养价值较高的水果,荔枝果皮中的营养成分具有较强的生理活性。然而,大量荔枝果皮作为副产物并没有得到有效地开发和利用,并且关于其营养成分的研究鲜见。该文对荔枝果皮的主要化学成分进行综述,解析荔枝果皮主要化学成分的生物活性,比较对主要化学成分的不同提取方法,并探索其在食品保鲜、水处理、生物医药、化妆品与新能源材料方面的综合利用现状,同时对荔枝果皮的开发前景进行展望,对荔枝果皮进一步开发、探索具有重要意义。
Abstract:Litchi is a nutritious fruit,and the nutrients in litchi peels have strong physiological activities.However,litchi peels as a by-product have not been effectively developed and utilized,and little is known about the nutrient composition of the peel.The main chemical components and their biological activities of litchi peels were introduced.Furthermore,the methods for extracting main chemical components from litchi peels were compared,and the applications of litchi peels in food preservation,water treatment,biomedicine,cosmetics and new energy materials were reviewed.Finally,the development of litchi peels was prospected,which was of significance for the further development and utilization of litchi peels.
