中文摘要: 以蜜柚皮为原料,利用酶解提取多糖活性成分,提高蜜柚利用率。该研究选取酶用量、液料比、浸提时间3 个因素,以多糖得率为指标,根据响应面Box-Behnken 试验设计原理,确定酶解提取蜜柚皮多糖的工艺条件。研究表明,酶解提取蜜柚皮多糖的最佳工艺条件:液料比20∶1(mL/g)、浸提时间2 h、酶用量1.0 g,该条件下,蜜柚皮多糖得率达到(2.73±0.21)%,酶解法能够有效提高福建蜜柚皮多糖得率。
Abstract:Bioactive polysaccharide was extracted from Citrus maxima peel with enzymatic hydrolysis to improve the utilization rate of C.maxima.The amount of enzyme,the liquid-to-solid ratio,and the extraction time in the enzymatic hydrolysis extraction process were optimized by the Box-Behnken design with the polysaccharide yield as the indicator.The results indicated that the optimal extraction conditions were extraction at the liquid-to-solid ratio of 20∶1(mL/g)and enzyme addition amount of 1.0 g for 2 h.Under these conditions,the yield of polysaccharide from C.maxima peel reached up to(2.73±0.21)%.Enzymatic hydrolysis can effectively improve the extraction rate of polysaccharide from C.maxima peel.
