中文摘要: 为优化仙草热泵干燥工艺条件,在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法优化热泵干燥仙草的工艺参数,以干燥温度、装载量、干后含水量为自变量探讨其对仙草多糖提取率影响。结果表明,响应面优化得到仙草热泵干燥最优工艺参数为干燥温度65 ℃、装载量0.70 kg/m2、干后含水量5%,采用该工艺条件,仙草多糖的提取率达到12.31%,与预测值相对误差为0.57%,表明响应面法优化仙草热泵干燥工艺具有可行性。

Abstract:To optimize the Mesona heat pump drying process conditions,based on the single-factor experiments,the process parameters of heat pump drying of Mesona were optimized by response surface method,and the single-factors such as drying temperature,loading capacity,and water content after drying on the extraction rate of polysaccharide from Mesona were investigated.The results showed that the optimal process parameters of Mesona heat pump drying optimized by the response surface method were as follows:drying temperature of 65 ℃,loading capacity of 0.70 kg/m2,and water content after drying of 5%.Under this process condition,the extraction rate of Mesona polysaccharide reached 12.31%,and the relative error with the predicted value was 0.57%.It showed that the response surface method to optimize the Mesona heat pump drying process was feasible.
