中文摘要: 桔梗作为药食同源的食品,具有极高的药用和食用价值,其含有丰富的多糖、皂苷、黄酮和多酚等活性成分。研究表明,其具有抗炎、降血糖、抗氧化、保护心血管、抑制癌细胞增殖、抗肺损伤等生物活性。该文以桔梗的功能性成分为基础,综述桔梗的功效以及桔梗相关食品研发的研究进展,并对桔梗资源的开发前景进行展望,以期为桔梗的进一步研究与利用提供参考。

Abstract:Platycodon grandiflorum is a traditional food that is edible and rich in nutrients including polysaccharides,saponins,flavonoids,and polyphenols.P.grandiflorum also has medicinally beneficial biological activities that include reduction of inflammation,hypoglycemia,oxidation,and cancer cell proliferation,and cardiovascular protection.With a focus on the functional components of P.grandiflorum,this paper reviewed the health function of P.grandiflorum and research progress in the development of P.grandiflorum related foods.The data should provide a reference for further research and applications.
